When the COVID-19 pandemic hit and families in assisted living and healthcare facilities were having a hard time staying connected, the team at WayWiser immediately knew we had to come up with a solution to keep families together. We care deeply about our community and wanted to find a way to help in these trying times. With our connections, we are helping facilities scale and implement this program across the country, offering low cost packages to help facilities bring families together.

The Family Engagement Program was created to help assisted living and healthcare facilities improve communication between families and their loved ones during the COVID-19 pandemic. This program allows family members to communicate with their loved ones via the social communications platform, Slack.

Fast Implementation

Setup and back-end implementation of Slack for assisted living and healthcare facilities. Depending on the size of the facility, it takes 2-5 days to launch the program

Training and Support

Training materials including employee/staff training, how-to videos, quick reference guide, tips and tricks, and on-going support if needed.

Private Channels

Private channels for each resident that only their family and friends can use. Admin controls for mass communications for site updates.
